The little moment I had seeing the snake reminds me that it’s the little moments and things in life that matter the most in the grand scheme of things. Not to say the bigger things or larger issues don’t matter, but they are always present. The little things are nature’s way of surprising us with a gift that we don’t always seek or expect.
Over the last few months, I’ve had the opportunity to slow down and appreciate the little moments and things in life that can be taken for granted.
When was the last time you sat still, slowed down, and observed your surroundings? What did you notice? What stood out? Was it the people? The inanimate objects? The smells?
